What is the difference between wholesale and affiliate?
Wholesale: you buy at wholesale prices and resell. Affiliate: you share your code and earn commission on orders. After approval you choose the option that suits you.
Do I have to choose now?
No. You choose after approval, once you have seen the full breakdowns.
